� Ensuring the development of Key Accounts and fulfillment of financial goals and objectives through formulation, implementation and follow-up on strategic business plan
� Ensuring that business development targets are met and profitability is optimized in accordance with the plan proposed and approved by the management.
� Ensuring that the fixed expenses and variable expenses are to be on or below the approved budget.
� Ensuring close co-ordination with R&D team in development of product meeting customer/market requirement. The technical resources to be used in most effective and efficient manner.
� Co-coordinating with PC sales team to deal with customers in OEM segment in India.
� Continuously develop favourable relationships with external customers and provide value-add services.
� Maintaining high level of communication with cross-functional departments, associates and Group.

?Required Education, Skills & Experience :

� Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology with relevant experience of 10-15 years in OEM Sales and development. Additional qualification of MBA in Marketing Management desirable but not essential.
� Possesses good interpersonal skills in dealing with staff and customers
� Self Motivated and possess drive
� Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
� Computer literate including CRM systems
