?-Develop clear objectives for Balls product communication and develops an activation strategy and plan encompassing customer development, packaging, communications, and media. Optimizes plans using market research and analytics
-Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.
-Manage marketing execution, including thought leadership, events and tradeshows, business development support, and marketing campaigns
-Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form business development strategies
-Conducting SWOT analysis of Indian Beverage market and then grow the business by targeting the most potential categories on the basis of market attractiveness.
-Expand current category mix by targeting potential customers, making presentations and creating a customized offering for the customer.
-Generate leads and develop dynamic presentation and proposal to create customer desire to do business. Close the loop by converting leads into customers, and retain them for a longer time.
-Lead contract negotiations and execution.
-Contribute in developing the Annual Business plan and achieving the same.
-Pro-actively seek new business opportunities to build a long term business pipeline.
