Key Deliverables
.
● Identifying and finalizing new outlets, and for maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to run
these outlets profitably.
● Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and
building short-term and long-term supply.
● Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra
geographies.
● Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.
● Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring
opportunities.
Requirement
● 2-3 Years of Sales and Business Development.
● Awareness of the start-up ecosystem and the unique challenges that it entails.
● Post-Graduate in Marketing Management
● Additional certifications, training programs preferred but not mandatory
● Very polished and good communication skills. Knowledge of local Area and language.
● Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate
● Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role
● Driving should be known and own a vehicle (two-wheeler) will be given preference
● College and grades are not selection criteria as long as you are sincere and hungry to learn
● Vehicle and local language are compulsory
