Role and Responsibilities
● Identify and explore potential business opportunities by conducting market research and staying updated with industry trends
● Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients and strategic partners to generate new business leads
● Collaborate with the delivery heads and team leads to understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and onboard new projects
● Proactively reach out to prospects, pitch our services, and present compelling proposals to clients that align with their business needs
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and foster client loyalty
● Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals in a timely manner
● Responsible for end-to-end sales processes, including preparing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely billing and payment collection
● Provide market insights and feedback to the leadership team to continuously refine and improve our services and offerings
● Represent PAD Integrated at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
