?Role
Identifying and developing new franchisees for his region.
Meeting with franchisees & explain the franchise model (Investment, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc) & convert.
Identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new retail stores in their respective regions.
Retail property search management, coordinating with key channels like property developers, landlords, project consultants.
Location & Catchment Analysis for new Store Locations, negotiations, acquiring and finalizing new properties.
Liaising legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing & acquiring the business licenses.
Regular guidance to franchises in all the aspects related to store opening.

?Must have :
Ideal candidate should have 2- 3 years of work ex post MBA.
Willingness for extensive travel.
