BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Scout market for potential license holders, developing and prioritizing new opportunities and managing existing and prospect accounts into long-term and profitable relationships in alignment with Team.
Interacts and influences at the highest management levels of the customers.
Develops customer acquisition and account growth strategies and lead them through execution.
Supports strategic customer initiatives to fulfill customer goals and deliver profit targets.
Negotiate, maintain, and renew customer contracts along executive Team.



RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Act as the customers representative and primary customer contact. Coordinate resources for the customer to increase the customer experience and satisfaction.
Understand all features and capabilities of Technologies portfolio of services and be able to effectively communicate them to the customer for optimum performance.
Uses internal resources and operational support to accelerate growth and profitability for third party relationships.
Continuously cultivates relationships with new potential license holders and internal departments through frequent discussion and interaction
Forges meaningful relationships with new and existing third-party license holders to continue to enhance customer business and growth.

qualification

Key account experience in relevant field (i.e., animal science, agri-business)
Extensive bovine industry experience required
Experience with Government or large Dairy Co-ops required.
Experience in developing business plans, comfortable speaking profit & loss and developing new business
Complex solution or relationship management experience is preferred
Experience managing across diverse cultures and geographies
Experience in India region
