Formulates, develops, and owns Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), including but not limited to, dock to stock, OTIF, cost per unit, last mile delivery performance and initiates corrective and preventive measures.
Direct transportation strategies, financial analysis, budgeting, profitability analysis, carrier management.
Keeps abreast of significant economic, political and technical trends, as well as regulatory guidelines which may have an impact on logistics.
