?- Develop high quality business strategy and plan to ensure alignment with short and long term objectives
- Create the strategy plan for sales and market share growth and profitability
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure achievement of desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Make quick and quality decisions to ensure advancement of the business and increase profits
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences to provide solutions and ensure companys growth
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets, competition and industry
- Responsible for the business in entirety, ensuring smooth functioning of operations, driving sales volumes across all channels, onboard new dealers and sub-dealers and maintain relationships.
- Sustain rapport with key accounts by periodic visits, exploration of specific needs and anticipation of new opportunities.
- Responsible for utmost customer satisfaction with 100% resolution of issues.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and policies to maintain thecompanys legality and business ethics
- Responsible for securing new customers along with maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Adherence to all fiscal processes, payment methods and related processes to be adhered to as per the companys policy.
- Lead and motivate team members to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing team
