i) The prime responsibility is to act as a link between CEO/CFO and Bank’s Agri and SME business leads
ii) Assessment of key metrics related to P&L performance, business growth, etc.
iii) Responsible for setting and meeting targets in Agri and SME banking products. (e.g., business volumes achieved vs targets, product coverage, etc.)
iv) Business expansion - Ensuring stability of income from existing set of operations and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new products (e.g., centralization of operations, etc.). Achieving targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high-level service standard and compliance with all stakeholders.
v) Team Management- i.e., driving and directing the team of product managers to drive business profitability and growth
vi) Strategic decision making and direction on key business areas and pivots
