1) Performing a detailed study/ assessment of Business Operations End to End and determine areas for process improvement
2) Developing Business Solutions post data analysis and linking actions/ solutions to specific savings ...

3) Review the time tracking data set to understand effort-impact analysis and provide meaningful insights to enable better decision making
4) Conduct client journey mapping to reveal insights that have a meaningful impact on client profitability and related business strategy
5) Developing a roadmap and plan to deliver process improvement as per the Business Plan
6) Developing solutions to implement change and improvement within the Business Operations
7) Prepare MI reports and dashboards post data analysis to enable client decision making and prevent potential excellence audit issues Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, PMP
Business Management Degree preferred

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:

Minimum 10+ years’ work experience as a Business Insights Senior Analyst
Good knowledge of visualization development of excel dashboard, Power BI
Good Analytical Skills- Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying and validating the key
facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks
Experience using and communicating performance metrics
