?Key responsibilities include:
? Conceptualize strategy and business plan for the Construction machine business unit in
alignment with overall company goals.
? Lead the day-to-day operations of the BU.
? Formulate and execute marketing and sales strategies for different sub-segments of the
Construction machine market.
? Ensure the development and availability of specific products to meet the market needs, being
part of product planning strategy and planning.
? Align production capability/assets to meet identified customer requirements within defined cost
and quality standards
? Lead account management strategies for large accounts and help bring in market needs, on
which application engineering would get direction
? Work on customer acquisition and retention strategies using key account management
philosophy.
? Build and maintain close relationships with OEMs including end customers.
Candidate must be from a engine sales background.
