Job Title: Business Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans based on achieving above market growth by product line, segment and territory
  • Work with National programs, Global Funding agencies and Procurement bodies to develop visibility on order pipeline. Align with them on Order management, Inventory levels & delivery timelines
  • Drive the National Programs to leverage GX install base for assay maximization for sustainable growth in the region    
  • Engage with local (National Program and non-profits) and global stakeholders (funders and non-profits) for Validation Studies and adoption of new products  
  • Develop country-level KOLs to propel commercial and HBDC growth in the assigned region
  • Work with internal stakeholders, country specific regulatory bodies and authorities to develop the roadmap and process for seamless business transactions   
  • Drive rigorous business processes using DBS; Develop and own a robust sales funnel to drive customer retention and competitive wins.
  • Use Sales Force (SFDC) and Sales Analytics for funnel management, customer segmentation, product and country performance assessment.
  • Align with APAC Order Management Team for smooth business transaction in the defined territory.
  • Actively present, minimize and handle business risks, third party stockist and compliance against all legal and statutory requirements locally 
  • Channel Partner Resource development and deployment including training and mentoring, performance management, reward and recognition 
  • Drive Value Selling Culture at all levels through innovative solution selling approach along with a culture of Voice and Dignity, Candor and Transparency throughout the region
  • Customer engagement through distributor as well as in-direct teams (such as service and marketing) using key tools such as ‘Voice of Customer’ to ensure client interests are prominently positioned to all parts of the business
  • Ensure strong understanding of the marketplace, including competitive accounts and industry trends
  • Territory of Operation- Bangladesh + Nepal + Sri Lanka + Maldives + Bhutan
