� Participate in a design of features and be responsible to execute the flow from requirements to SW implementation along with hand-on coding. In addition be responsible for defining test cases and writing automated tests to verify SW implementation with quality in mind.
� Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis.
� Ensuring full compliance with relevant work practices, as required by authorities for medical device product development

?Four-year-degree (BE/BTech) in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent.
� 4-8 years of software development experience in medical or regulated environment using agile SW development methodologies.
� Must have hands-on experience with SW development on using C++ and experience with multithreaded programming.
� Good to have experience with Silverlight for GUI, Integration into HIS/LIS � HL7, Protocol, communication, interconnection.
� Hands-on experience with MS tools and technologies such as MVS, Blend Visual Studio, TFS, MTM, MS-Test, Unit Testing for C++, Boost, Nunit, FxCop.
� Experience and domain knowledge within the medical devices development industry would be an advantage.
� Possess strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities
� Solid verbal and written communication skills.
