    • Enriching the customer for getting the right property along with the customer satisfaction. Screening & segmentation of prospects as per pre-defined process. Adhering to process compliance & quality parameters
    • Manage prospect query when customer calls on the Inbound numbers and convert tele-conversation into Hot lead.
    • Provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, size and location.
    • Offer buyers a selection of properties available for sale and arrange visits to view the properties with the help of the Sales Agent.
    • Need to Connect the call, post filtering the requirements, with Sales Agent who can provide further assistance in searching the right property for the customer.
    • Advise buyers on price and discuss offers with them, acting as mediators between Customer and Sales Agent.
    • They need to follow-up and contact prospective buyers directly if a property for sale closely matches to their requirements
    • They also must be good negotiators and mediators to help buyers get the right property
    • They need good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property while speaking to the customer.
    • To participate in Quality & Training activities and ensure adherence to business & process hygiene.
