Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities
 Experience in the preparation of the Request for Quotation and Request for Proposal and award
the contract to the eligible bidder post negotiations.
 e-sourcing activities like issuing RFQ /RFP through online and carrying out Vendor Registration .
 Making Comparison by analyzing/working on quotations as per site engineering req. and doing
negotiation with the vendors and select the best of the vendors to ensure cost reduction and
product availability.
 Maintaining proper documentation for internal and external audit process.
 Follow-up with Suppliers for timely deliveries.
 To Prepare all MIS reports and track purchase activities in an ERP system
 Identification of potential opportunities to save on costs
 To perform a detailed sourcing policy check for requisitions
 Customer Satisfaction and good communication skills
