• Coordinate and manage various university programs, events, and activities, including student orientation, recruitment drives
• Experience of handling end-to-end campus recruitment drives / activities
• Liaise with university staff, faculty, and students to ensure the smooth running of programs and events

• Collaborate with external organizations and partners to facilitate university programs and activities
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the university
• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with them throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
• Providing an excellent end-to-end candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to share with the recruitment team and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Graduation Degree / Masters Degree MBA / PGDM
• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in university hiring
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
