- Have a background in a full cycle high volume campus recruitment.
- Understanding of Premier hiring across tech schools – IIT’s, NIT’s, IIIT’s.
- Be a part of campus operations including, even coordination – pre and post joining.
- Develop regional hiring calendars and work with POC’s towards event execution.
- Work well on a team – willing to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contribute to all aspects of the early career and graduate experience.
- Provide data and metrics to analyze recruiting processes.
- Develop relationships and branding events at targeted schools, organizations, and conferences.
- Develop detailed recruiting plans for intern and full time hires through clearly defined objective, outcomes, and sourcing strategies.
- Solid attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience with expanding sourcing channels to create balanced talent pools.
