?Capital Execution Lead
This position will require an experienced, results-oriented professional responsible for the execution of capital projects of various size and complexity in the chemical industry. The position will include managerial responsibilities over a multi-discipline team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timelines are met, managing resource allocation to projects, and ensuring that quality deliverables are the output. These projects will vary in scope from drafting support to detail design and preparation of project deliverables.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Development of work processes to ensure on-time delivery and quality
- Coordination of multi-discipline project reviews with local and remote team members
- Development and communication of project schedules, metrics, and results
- Management of teams of 20+ individuals of varying disciplines

?- Bachelor/Masters degree � Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of work experience in an Engineering and/or Engineering Services organization.
- 5+ years of work experience in a multi-national company with direct interaction with global customers (preference to collaboration with US companies)
- Familiarization with detailed design in the chemical space. Preference towards hands-on experience executing the projects as an individual contributor in prior roles.
- Familiarization with database driven design tools such as AVEVA Engineering and Instrumentation preferred.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ members for which you were the in-line supervisor
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Be a team player in a team environment
- Be a self-starter and a self-motivator
