The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of design and architecture, along with extensive experience in construction and project management. The CEO will be responsible for strategic direction, overseeing project execution, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires someone who can lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or relevant) is highly desirable.
• Experience: At least 15 years in senior leadership roles within the real estate, construction, or architecture industry.
• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in design and architecture, construction and project management, project costing, quality assurance, vendor management, and P&L oversight.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle, architectural principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
