**Role: Marketing; Designation- Lead- Channel & Digital Marketing Location:Mumbai ****Job description ****Think of the best customer experience. You have anentrepreneurial flair who enjoys testing and experimenting with ways to reachand engage with users and small businesses, managing projects acrossfunctions and geographies and delivering strong scalable results. ****If you want to operate at a startup speed, create intuitive solutions tosome of the underlying problems faced by small businesses today and lovebuilding things, let's start talking! ****Key Responsibilities: ****Channel Marketing (60%) ****• Ideate, design and execute effective and impactful communication elementsto consumers across different touch points - online & off-line. ****• Partner with Field Sales team to support sales operations (e.g., creating,executing and measuring promotions, optimizing sales operations costs etc.)****• Measure and analyze existing projects for opportunities to improve thecustomer experience and reduce costs. Optimize allocation of marketingdevelopment funds and execution of included projects ****• Measure and improve offline experience and improve productivity of ourretail assets, through ongoing retail audits ****• Drive marketing programs and partner campaigns ****• Work closely with online team to support them in their marketinginitiatives, and ensure consistency in Consumer experience in online &offline channels ****• Drive and pilot new marketing initiatives ****• Monitor and benchmark competition. ****Product Marketing (20%) ****From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, featureprioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of theproduct and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with across-functional team across sales, communications, legal, technology andmore. ****In this role, you 'll be involved with product marketing strategy frombeginning to end.****• Coordinate various research activities to deeply understand small businessneeds, preferences, and problems. Consolidate insights and collaborate withinternal and external teams to prioritize and influence product development.****• Define segment-based go-to-market strategies for new product pilots andlaunches. Monitor marketing execution and results to ensure small businessproducts and value propositions are effectively communicated in themarketplace. ****• Develop, test, and implement compelling and creative messaging for newproducts and solutions. Draft product positioning documents and work closelywith our agencies, content team, and marketing channels to ensure newmessaging concepts and product information are properly understood andcommunicated. ****Digital Marketing (20%): ****• Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, Marketing Database, Mobile & E-mail,Social media and Digital Display advertising campaigns- Build Digital BrandEquity. ****• Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operate towardsspecific business and growth objectives. Measure and optimize on performance- ROI, retention, engagement etc. ****• Plan and manage the budget to achieve optimum CAC per acquisition. ****• To devise, implement and run innovative campaigns in line with budgets ****• Create and maintain metrics reports to showcase the health of thecampaigns. ****• Continuously implement new fraud detection and prevention mechanism toimprove the user quality ****• Manage strong business relationships within the digital ecosystem.Understand and manage dynamics to drive best practices in this function. ****• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channelsand strategies, including updates on attribution, programmatic media buying,social media acquisitions. ****• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide Digital ThoughtLeadership and perspectives.****What We Are Looking For ****• Analytical ability to understand and transform data into decisions andpowerful stories • Well suited to the startup environment - flexible,adaptive, self-motivated and fast learner ****• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in ahigh-energy, fast paced environment. ****• Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drivecritical business functions such as Brand, Marketing, Products, E -commerceis an essential requirement. ****• Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition channels tooptimise ROI, including highlighting potential investment tradeoffs betweenall CPA-based activities (Paid Marketing, Partnerships/Co-marketing,Referrals, Promotions etc ****• Should have relevant Exp. in Performance Marketing, Consumer Marketing,App Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce ****• Experience in driving fast user growth for a direct-to-consumer or largescale B2B SME online product/service. ****• Understanding of the local digital and offline media landscape. ****Preferred Experience ****• 8-10 years experience with 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing.• MBA from top tier Institutions ****• Proven hands-on expertise in running & scaling digital & offlinemarketing channels ****• Presently working in a similar capacity with Internet/Banking/ ****Insurance/FMCG/Ecommerce industries ****• Strong communication & presentation skills ****• Experience of starting or working in a startup is a plus**
