The CEO will render full-time, professional services to THE HOSPITAL in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will faithfully, industriously and to the best of his/her ability, perform all duties that may be required by virtue of the position as CEO and all duties set forth in the Hospital's governing laws, regulations, contracts and bylaws and in policy statements of the Board of Directors, to implement the strategic goals and objectives of the Hospital.
