?Corporate Communications

� Excellent communication skill � Oral and Written � especially with a view of story writing and press releases, reports and presentations.
� Have, build and maintain strong relationships in media � especially at journalist and desk level in main metros especially Delhi and Mumbai
� Marketing and Social Media experience will be an added advantage
� Strong follow-up, result and timeline orientation
� Should be able to prepare daily reports and analysis
� Independent, self-motivated, and work under pressure
� Should be capable of working without a PR agency and teams
� Should be able to make presentations and also work with Business teams and CEOs
� Should have handled crisis
� At times may need to work on weekends since we make announcements on Mondays
� Should be able to understand Financial Services as business
Social Media

� Will be responsible for monitoring social media engagement within businesses

� Will be responsible for creating and ramping up senior management and company profiles on social media platforms

� Establish considerable use base on relevant social media platforms for these profiles quickly

� Write blogs and white papers on key issues in consultation with CCO and generate influential messaging around it on online platforms

� Will be responsible to check, analyse, respond and mitigate any negative comment on the group and management on social media

� (Will be responsible to hold bloggers conferences and meets with businesses. Should have enough understanding of influencers and bloggers in Financial Services space

� Coordinate information flow for all important announcement across relevant social media platforms internally and externally

� Will be building rapport with all media editors of online editions and coordinating edits/changes on online editions �..we will have a separate person for this)
