The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a senior-level executive  responsible for leading the human resources function of the  organization. The CPO is responsible for developing and  implementing HR strategies that support the organization's  goals and objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence,  inclusiveness, and innovation across the organization.  Responsibilities include: 
▪ Develop and execute the organization's human capital  strategy, including talent acquisition, performance  management, compensation, benefits, and employee  relations. 
▪ Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure that  the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the  right time. 
▪ Build and maintain a high-performing HR team. ▪ Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
▪ Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and  regulations. 
▪ Represent the organization on HR-related matters to  external stakeholders.
