► Lead the development and maintenance of effective rewards and benefits frameworks

► Collaborate with finance and compensation teams to design competitive compensation
structures.
► Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other
perks.Oversee setup and operations of facilities services, including maintenance activities
through internal and external resources / service providers / contractors to ensure that
facilities are clean, safe, and functional for employees and visitors.
► Manage the identification of and ongoing review of services provided by vendors and
contractors for repairs, maintenance, and other facility-related tasks.
► Oversee the organizing and periodic review of arrangement of various office activities
