We are seeking to hire a Chief Technology Officer who can work with different stakeholders to successfully deliver projects in the emerging technologies space. Ensure that projects are delivered within constraints (time, cost, quality). Act as a thought leader and help customers achieve their business goals.


  • Ability to operate at all levels within the organization and cross-functionally within multiple Client Organizations.
  • A team leader with the stature to effectively lead and manage a team of professionals and ensure efficient management of technology operations, processes and policies, software development, service delivery for business, vendor, and partner management.
  • Easily recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively. Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Assist in identifying critical support processes and metrics, improving and modifying, to ensure that those processes are in control.
  • Establish strategic relationships with key IT suppliers, act as the liaison for 3rd party IT outsource providers
  • Responsible for vendor management, timely deliverables, cost-effectiveness, and relations for operations
  • Has to play a pivotal role in designing, implementation, documentation, and operational management for business-as-usual support.
  • Interact with internal business stakeholders and external clients to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and ongoing improvement of service delivery

  • Work closely with the Client Account Managers to manage all aspects of Delivery.
  • Provide delivery oversight ensuring all projects meet quality, client satisfaction, and financial targets.
  • Improve the profitability of the organization by monitoring project costs, recruitment of personnel, and resource utilization
  • Own the growth of the delivery organization and be responsible for all hiring and firing decisions.
  • Provide leadership to delivery managers, project managers, business analysts, and software teams in India.
  • Drive software development activities to meet aggressive schedules and timelines while maintaining the highest bar of quality and a focus on exceeding customer expectations
  • Facilitate communication upward and across project teams including project status, justifications for variances, and technical information (design and implementation objectives).
  • Monitor projects, revenue yield per employee, and customer engagement to drive on-time delivery, project profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and deliverables, including trouble-shooting issues, setting priorities, assigning work, and driving teams towards out-of-the-box critical thinking to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Infrastructure to ensure adherence to standards 

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate, Preference for B.E. / B. Tech / MBA
  • Service Delivery Leader in Managing Global Customers

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth understanding/ Knowledge of Technology Services software development
  • Good understanding of working in a global model, and technical skills in the area 
  • Reporting and Dashboard, Governance, Relationship management
  • End to end Project management
  • Sound Technical Knowledge
  • Project management tools: Rally, Jira, TFS

Functional Skills:

  • A balance of technical, business, and leadership skills. Hands-on leader with strong technical and operational experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology management and project leadership
  • At least 5 years of experience in design, development, testing, and delivery of production systems
  • Understand the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, testing, and deployment methodologies for successful execution of the project
