clinical pharmacist and healthcare advisor in bangalore

Induction of customer into the process through accurate digitizing of the
prescription, creation and explanation of prescription guide, establishing the
opening inventory at customer premises under correct storage conditions
Explain the Adherence Program to the customer and their family including the
medication and management of the disease, diagnosis, the need for adherence and
benefits of the programme and its impact on their health and the risks and
outcomes connected with prescribed medication
Follow up with customers and/or their doctors on identified variances and
exceptions encountered in their adherence journey to improve or sustain desired
adherence outcomes
Study the patterns in the management of the disease as prescribed by the Doctor
and highlight trends to supervisors and management
Be an enabler to support the patient and family in any unexpected or serious illness
By providing timely and good information.

Should have completed 6 year Pharma D programme
Familiarity with medication adherence

To ensure that each customer is met on the assigned date and time and they are
initiated into the programme as per prescribed process
Effective engagement with customers on escalated exceptions for guidance and
Updation of all information on Relex platforms as required
Build the connect with each customer and their families through empathy and
knowledge sharing
Elicit and record leads referred by existing customers
