A leading-edge technology organization to develop a digital B2B platform that addresses the needs of MSMEs and link them with the large companies in the country to create exponential value to each other. 

Designation: Cluster Sales Manager

Location: Coimbatore, Hyderabad

Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard new SMB customers across all verticals in the assigned territory
  • Interact and develop relationships with the decision maker and other key stakeholders and influence them to adopt company's products for SMB’s.
  • Maintain and exceed targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our SMB business.
  • Drive sales funnel to augment customer acquisitions and represent the company in industry forums to drive awareness.
  • Manage continuous relationship with existing customers for new opportunities Capture and share ground level market feedback on portfolio specific offerings and feature set based on a systematic need-gap analysis for customers in focus customer segments
  • Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with leadership
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions for company's services in coordination with the leadership
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.


  • 5+ years of business development, sales, account management experience in B2B environment Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals.
  • Proficiency in the use of email with strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Full professional proficiency of regional language is required.
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results. High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Following would be considered a plus for candidates:

  • Experience on the B2B side/technical/SaaS sales
  • Experience with CRM, data analytics & BI tools
  • Entrepreneurial and business owner mindset (startup experience a big plus)
  • Solid understanding of B2B space including but not limiting to SMB clients, channel mgmt, high touch sales, different channel verticals, pre-sales and after sales
  • Passion and energy to drive hyper growth in a new yet rapidly growing business segment
  • Proven ability to use customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions that lead to sup
