Job purpose : The candidate will be responsible for Logging and keeping records of customer/Operator queries and
issues, help customers with troubleshooting issues for various projects like charging stations, 2&3-
wheeler, and buses.Role / Job Description
• Provide technical assistance to customers
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote support
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Escalate necessary issues to Senior Technical Support Specialist for direction or resolution
• Maintain daily issue information data and organize for quick reference when needed
• Opening, tracking, and closing trouble tickets within the SUN Mobility web and tracking
systems
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Assists customer service staff/operator with technical and complex customer service
problems
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one timeSkills and Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct customer support or call center experience
required.
• Education: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/computer science or related technical field, or
equivalent experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, manage time efficiently
• Help Desk Experience and phone skills
• Technical understanding of Electric vehicle/automotive
• Good knowledge on the operating system
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Requirements- Others
• Age – 21 to 26 years
• Work in Bangalore
• Willing to work in shifts (7 Am to 3 Pm / 2.30 Pm to 10.30 Pm)
