About the Position:

Title:               Commercial Operations Analyst I

Reports to:    Sr CRM Program Manager

Location:        India

Relocation:    No

 

Position Overview 

 

As a member of the Terex/AWP Salesforce.com Team, the Commercial Operations Analyst will work closely with the CRM Program Manager, Salesforce.com Development Team, functional area leads and subject matter experts in the identification, development and support of business solutions based on the Salesforce.com platform. This role will support day to day operational activities for the Salesforce.com platform as well as task driven projects to improve the data quality and efficiencies of the application. This role will interface with internal customers and external support teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support as part of the AWP Salesforce team, responding to questions and issues that may be generated by team members throughout the globe, tracking encounters, resolving issues and engaging with other individuals and groups.
  • Work with Global Stakeholders, supporting different regional processes and levels of integration with Salesforce.
  • Support data quality initiatives and develop new methods for the better management of data within the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Drive and contribute to projects that rely on Salesforce.com from discovery through delivery: Gather requirements, collaborate with teams to define a solution, collaborate with the development team and train end users.
  • The development of reports and dashboards in Salesforce that support business strategies. 
  • Improves the overall quality and completeness of Salesforce documentation and support procedures
  • Provide Salesforce training and collaborate with end-users to create and maintain training materials.

 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field 
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com or an equivalent CRM Business tool providing operational support (this is not a developer role) 
  • 2+ years working with data, with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work independently and to multi-task under time sensitive schedules and where multiple projects/tasks are pursued concurrently. 
  • Ability to translate business needs to formal business requirements for CRM and technology optimization. 
  • Advanced data analysis and presentation skills, including experience leveraging data to inform business strategies. 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com objects, operations and support, implementations, and the Salesforce development process.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience working in a customer service or user support role.
  • Experience working in a B2B and/or manufacturing environment.
