Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training materials for inbound/outbound and customer service functions
- Create a ramp up plan for all new joiners and re-training program for the existing callers
- Identify the trainee need and set attainable goals and targets
- Deliver targeted customer based program specific training to classes of upto 20 members
- Develop performance evaluation process and provide feedback for the same to the supervisors/Growth managers
- Assist with QA monitoring, feedback and coaching as requested
Qualifications
- Should have excellent communication skills in both written and oral (English and native regional language - Kannada/Telugu/Hindi/Marathi)
- Should have 2-5 years of experience in managing BPO/call center teams
- Self starter, should be able to deliver under pressure
- Graduate Degree
