Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Communications Manager. The Communication Managers is responsible for many organizational and creative tasks and to standardize and improve the communication efforts across the organization This role will be reporting to the head of Strategic Initiatives and will interact with key stakeholders internally and externally. Job Roles and Responsibilities:• Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brand• Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises• Write letters, interdepartmental memos and other business correspondence• Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices• Lead in sourcing content for email campaigns and newsletter,• Develop content for social media and blog postings• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.• Continuous improvement and content management for the website Qualification & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, business administration, public relations or another relevant discipline• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, project and/or change management• Good at crafting presentations (PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)• Strong analytical skills and computer software proficiency, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel •Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening• In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social media• Ability to perform work with a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
