As our Community Manager, you’ll support the organization’s online and offline community by
curating and monitoring the inward and outward communication and engagement at several
touchpoints of the community building and sustenance program. More specifically you will get to:
• Define and develop a community management strategy with measurable KPIs
• Organize various community building initiatives that is in line with the ongoing & upcoming
marketing campaigns
• Supporting curation and development of social media coverage across all social handles and
campaigns within it (paid & organic)
• Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels on a daily basis which will include
driving a healthy referral program for existing or upcoming Aakruthi projects
• Interact directly with the community and understand their pain points and work towards
solving them with the various internal stakeholders
