Job Description: 

Convening and conducting Annual General Meeting (AGMs) / Board Meetings and making agenda and minutes etc.

Keeping and updating all the records as per statutory requirement

 Ensuring Compliances in respect of All Secretarial Statues and Regulations.

 Responsible for proper filing and upkeep of secretarial documentation including the statutory records.

 Drafting and vetting of contracts

Handling Secretarial correspondence before and after the meetings

 Handling all the necessary manual/ E-filing before the due dates with respective authorities

 Handling the audits

 Experienced Required 

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience

 Qualification

ACS and law degree preferrable
