company secretary in hyderabad

?- Should have strong command over all secretarial procedures, including but not limited to
conducting of Board Meetings/Resolutions, AGMs, preparation of agenda, notices, maintenance
of registers prescribed under the Companies Act etc.
- Should have strong command over compliances with respect to related-party transactions and
all other compliances as per Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
- Should have in-depth knowledge on all ROC Filings, filing of Annual Accounts, related returns
etc.
- In-depth knowledge of RBI & FEMA compliances related to Foreign Inward & Outward
Remittances and co-ordinating with Authorised Dealer banks.
- Working knowledge of statutory audit process, as far as compliances with Companies Act,
FEMA etc. are concerned.
Skill sets:
- Strong command over MS Excel and MS Word is a must.
- Self-starter and self-motivated to achieve team and organisational goals.
- Ability to work under pressure to adhere to tight deadlines.
- Good team player.
