- Administration of key reward processes like – annual compensation review, variable pay,
- Design, develop, and maintain compensation and benefit policies, programs & practices to attract & retain talents.
- Ensure compensation strategies are aligned with statutory requirements as well as company’s philosophy.
- Overview the various retirement programs like NPS , PF , Gratuity and explore bringing in any government provided schemes for employee benefit
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are comply with current regulations
- Support ad-hoc C&B analysis and projects
- Support business & HR leadership in implementation of new benefit plans and in the change, update or transitioning of existing programs.
- Support annual benefits enrolments, renewals and re-broking exercises
- Interface with Corporate to ensure alignment of C&B strategy
- Monitor the internal pay ranges, undertake competitive analysis and market trends to provide expert guidance on salary movements, appropriate compensation and grade fitment of new hires and internal movements across all business units/functions of the organisation
- Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and implementation for day-to-day rewards operations to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and HRBPs
- Work closely with HR operations team for accuracy of compensation related data for Workday and Payroll
- Lead projects related to compensation restructuring requirements in compliance with labour laws
- Consult and support any Global mobility cases
- Measure the effectiveness of our employee benefits programs / perks and recommend improvements
- Track and ensure 100% legal and statutory compliance (Shops and establishments ,PF, ESI, PT etc) with support of vendor partners
- To support on development and implementation of new systems e.g. flexible benefits system, HRMS implementation, Business Controls set up
- What we’re looking for
- Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in Human resources with at least 3 years involving responsibility of compensation and benefits administration
- Strong business acumen, presentation, analytical, and systems skills.
- Experience in external compensation benchmarking
- Experience and strong understanding of India payroll and compliances
- Good exposure to HRMS systems like Workday for compensation management
- Self-starter who can anticipate and pre-empt problems
