related function, working on an international organization (experience in technology center
is preferred)
? High level of experience working in complex multicultural business environment, bringing
in a strong global mindset and intercultural awareness
? Knowledge of globally applied HR resp. management processes, programs and instruments
(e.g. development / Performance / Talent / Change Mgt., Organizational Development)
? Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse personalities, behavioral styles and
geographies to make informed decisions around resourcing, reporting structures and
relationships
? Expertise in�HR�across compensation & benefits, performance management, employee
relations,�HR�policy & frameworks and compliance with�HR�laws, creating an institution
