Job Description:  

 

We are currently hiring a Consumer Insights Manager who will be responsible for gathering & sharing actionable insights that will be used to support decision making. This role is important to the wider business as reliable consumer insights will be a critical enabler for achieving RoI outcomes on the platform.

 

Equally important, we are looking for someone who would deeply imbibe Avataar’s culture + values and evangelize the same across the organization.

 

The Consumer Insights Manager would closely work with business teams to develop and execute client RoI strategies to deliver meaningful outcomes across engagements.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Capture and interpret consumer data from a range of sources and communicate these findings across departments
  • Devising actionable strategies from customer insights
  • Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization-wide
  • Provide expert advice on the best analytical tools and software
  • Identifying ideal data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs and ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders
  • Conducting research activities to improve upon insights generation and recommendations methodology
  • Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities

 

 

 Requirements:

 

  • Training in a STEM subject to a degree level with prior experience of using statistical analysis techniques
  • Strong knowledge of analytical software and business visualization tools with a flair for coding
  • Ability to leverage on data to develop strategy/ decisions to solve a problem
  • Familiarity with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story
  • Understanding of consumer expectations and developing best possible user experiences
  • Prior experience of 5yrs+ in a similar role is a must
