?Being part of the Global Sales team and to ensure companys long-term plans are achieved.
- Determine annual Booking, volume and gross profit for existing and new products/markets.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by collaborating with them and
understanding their needs.
- Implementing suitable marketing strategies to achieve the forecasted bookings, volume and gross
profits. Analysing trends and results.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status.
- Set and monitor volume, gross profit and Expense budgets.
- Present booking, volume, gross profit and expense reports and realistic forecast to the
management team
- Determine the human resources required. Selecting, orienting and training the employees.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
- Liaise with different departments including Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality and
management
- Implement and sustain ISO system within Water Well Screens Sales Team
