**Designation**|**Head-Corporate Relations** ---|--- **Grade**|RL3-A **Reporting to**|Regional Business Head **Reportee Jobs**|Real Estate corporate relations - South **Job Objective**|To establish cordial relationships with key stakeholders like Governmentbodies and Industry Associations in order to facilitate the regulatoryclearances / licenses that TATA Realty requires during the project planningand execution phase **Perspectives**|**Key Responsibilities** **Strategic**| * Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like Government Authorities, Industry Associations etc with a long term perspective * Survey the environment for the latest developments and trends in the real estate sector and develop adequate systems and procedures to ensure speedy approvals and sanctions * Build a network to get the latest changes in the guidelines, rules and regulations immediately to help the organization take strategic decisions **Operational**| * Identify licenses and approvals required in different phases of projects and coordinate with respective internal process owner to acquire and / or renew the same * Lead the development of a statutory approval checklist for all the projects at TATA Realty. Ensure all team members are educated on the process involved in acquiring approvals * Review all base documentation required to apply for licenses and statutory approvals * Coordinate with all project heads in the Region to understand and resolve issues related to the issuance or renewal of the various licenses * Ensure effective management of all liaison documentation * Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department * Ensure adherence to timelines without any delay or deviation from the schedule **Financial**| * Finalize department budget and ensure adherence to the same * Ensure minimal expenditure on obtaining licenses and approvals **People**| * Conduct performance appraisals on departmental staff / personnel. Assess and fulfill training and career development requirements * Coach subordinates to develop the team's capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role
