?Handling the entire CRM function.

? Customer Interface and single point of contact for Customers from sale point till

handover.

? Liaison customer queries in finance, legal and technical aspects and resolving in time

bound manner.

? Coordination and checking of deliverable as per schedule.

? Execution and Handling of Legal Documents of Projects, Memorandum of Understanding,

Sale Agreement, Construction Agreement, Third Party Agreement, Sale Deed and

Registration Process in Sub-Registrar Offices.

? Execution and Handling of Housing Loan Documents like Project Approvals, Payment

Disbursement Processes, Payment Receipt, Margin Receipt, Letter of Declaration, Cost

Break Up, VAT & Service Tax Letters, NOC and Possession Letter.

? Handling demand notes and achieving the monthly target.

? Handling all types of Apartment Modification.

? Complete Project and Customers Documentation and its updating time to time.

? Co-ordination between Marketing Team, Legal Team, Civil Team and Management in

achieving customer satisfaction.
