  • Sales Manager Job Responsibilities
  • Enquiry generation and Prospecting (Inbound/Outbound calling, Walk-ins, Events, Referals etc.)
  • Well versed with New Products, its understanding and updates.
  • Event Planning and execution (ATL/BTL Activities), especially in areas of Low MS.
  • Ensuring Sales Initiation and proper & complete filling up of enquiry forms (Green Form)
  • Ensuring Follow up of all enquiries till closure, Updation and detailing of all lost deals
  • Product Demo & Test Drive to all prospecting customers. Ensuring proper upkeep of Test Drive vehicles, Pre and Post Test Drive vehicle feedback filled on daily basis.
  • Root Cause Analysis of all Lost cases
  • Ensure proper and complete filling up of Yellow form, booking document and commitment form
  • Ensure Vehicle condition during unloading of billed vehicles, Pre Delivery Inspection checklist are being filled properly and documented accordingly.
  • Ensure proper and timely delivery is processed for customer, in case of unforeseen delays necessary communication is made accordingly.
  • Ensure Proper filling of Instant feedback and Instant redressal form (IFIR)
  • Ensuring all processes are documented post-delivery of vehicles, all pending issues if any are resolved on spot.
  • Maintains above benchmark Market Share in respective Tehsils.
  • Prepares and Maintains Net Retention Margin Sheet.
  • Weekly review with team on performance parameters.
  • Reviews receivables with financers, accounts, customers and OE.
