Job purpose To be actively involved in Vision business activities & translate them in actionable support Vision care, Drive End to End TAT & service level. Main Accountabilities • Customers call attending trough CTI process • Order punching, • Order following from end to end, • Ensuring maximum support for digital platforms. • Follow‐up on timely deliveries • Stock accuracy maintenance • Smooth msp operations • Reporting of complaints • Organize delivery- through Locus all Local deliveries • Organize outstation parcel - through Intiguine all upcountry parcel • Maintain and issue accompaniments. • Maintain inventory at optimum level • Proactive info. to customer in case of issue • Maintain stock accuracy • Issue lens delivery Others Key Result Areas • Divert and track orders to/ from other MSPs • Unpack, validate, and organize in racks • Sales support (outbound calling) • Provide data on time • Meeting customers and sales needs end to end, • Supporting other functions (marketing, admin.
