Key Responsibilities:
-Manage customer calls and emails
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow
up to ensure resolution
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required Experience, Competencies and Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have with 1-3 years of customer support experience preferably with a new age
brand
- Must have experience in both calls and email support
- A Graduate/undergraduate from a reputed university
- A empathetic problem solver with High-energy
- Strong verbal and written English encommunication skills
- Confident, pleasing and amiable personality
- Uncompromising ethical behaviour in all dealings
- Proficient in common IT tools/ software and tech savvy
