Region responsible for: West Asia and Africa

Reporting to: Business Unit Head

We are currently looking for :

- A professional who wants to continue his or her career as a Customer Service Team Leader. You will be a core member of a new and innovative challenging project and part of the implementation process, you will also act together with the team as an interface between customer and the company

- The aim the Customer Service Team Leader is to ensure the overall operational effectiveness and performance of the Customer Service team, acting as link between Commercial Directors and the team, supervising and managing coordination of process execution and giving operational support in order to achieve the company's goals while implementing and following the valid the company internal guidelines and policies within the team.

The main task you will have to perform are:

- Leading a Commercial Service Team

- Ensure operational service level realization by managing a functional team of Customer Service Representatives

- Customer's credit and accounts receivables management

- Proactively communicate and promote process and continuous improvement ideas

qualification

?Requirements:

- 2 years of experience within Customer Service and Order Management

- At least 4 years of experience leading international teams

- High level of English is required

- German skills or other main European languages are advantageous

- SAP knowledge, specially SD module, will also be a plus
