customer success manager- implementation & support in pune

?Ownership of delivery & customer success for Implementation & Support of our products.
? Ability to match between customer requirements in Order Management 02C( Order to cash), AR (
Accounts Receivable) processes and product functionalities.
? Preferred APICS Certified.
? Understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user
approval and work them seamlessly into the existing framework
? Familiar with data model, feature definition, extensive screen and report definitions in the O2C
space.
? Strong expertise in ETL, SQL, XML, Scripting & Java
? Plan and responsible for quality testing including user acceptance testing.
? Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and practices
? Exposure to modern user interfaces and a flair to keep abreast with technology
? Ability to learn new processes / domains
