Managing highly dynamic customer support teams
- Owning and being accountable for ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service; building the team to be a single point of contact to help the customers
- Understand the value proposition of VMedia products and services
- Ensuring timely documentation of all client communications and status by the team
- Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and upsell opportunities
- Developing and maintaining quarterly retention/cancellation forecasts
- Generating periodical reports for business review discussions
- Analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements
- Program manage account escalations.
- Ensure compliance with Quality parameters
