?7+ years experience with at least 4 years experience as Customer Success manager in an
enterprise product firm.
? Independently managing customers and Product Know-how with experience with dealing
with CXO levels with Fortune 500 customers.
? Strong experience in 02C (order to cash)/Order Management cycle of business.
? Strong experience in dealing with product software companies We need someone who
come from a product software company background or people who have worked in large
companies, Familiar with data models. feature definition, extensive screen and report
definitions in the O2C space.
? Preferred APICS Certified.

? Plan and responsible for quality testing including unit, integrity and user acceptance testing.
? Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and practices

? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required, including a thorough understanding
of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into clear business
requirements and CoAction capabilities.
? Maintains excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with

? Experience with product development life cycle methodologies
? Graduation/Masters in Finance.
