Customer Success Role We are looking for a team lead

  • Initially, they will be very hands on - answering queries, phone calls etc. directly
  • Will have worked 2+ years in a contact centre environment
  • Strong verbal and written English and Hindi required
  • Will be doing things like creating and shaping policies, defining response templates, setting up the ticketing system etc.
  • Will need to have experience of a contact centre system e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Twilio Flex etc. (Zendesk preferred)
  • Comfortable selling over the phone
  • As we scale, they’ll end up leading a team of 2-5 - but they don’t need experience of this
