The candidate is required to attend to the customers through Emails, LiveChats, Calls, and Social Media and provide them with the required information The candidate should be able to understand the customer'scomplaints/requirements and work upon resolving them and ensure satisfactionof the customer. Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customerissue in a fast- paced environment. Good command over English is must. Knowledge of spoken Hindi will be anadvantage. Experience of 1-2 years preferred. Freshers are Welcome.
