§ Quarterly Manpower Planning for all levels of the Organization & ensuring its successful implementation
§ Working collaboratively with your peers to meet the Talent Acquisition targets of the Firm
§ Creating / updating Job Description & KRAs for allocated positions in consultation with Senior Management
§ Strategizing the hire per the Firm’s internal processes; sourcing potential candidates for all allocated position
§ Conducting HR interviews & Written Technical Assessments to make recommendations on each applicants candidatures based on the same
§ Coordinating for further interviews with seniors from the relevant division.
§ Making recommendations on role & remuneration for shortlisted candidates based on such interactions; handling offer negotiations & pre joining formalities
§ Managing & completing Joining Formalities for selected candidates
§ Keeping complete records including recruitment trackers, CTC benchmarks, potential future hires etc.
§ Building Brand & Visibility in the targeted pool of professionals - planning & executing activities to showcase the Firm as an Employer of Choice across channels such as Social Media; Campus placements, collaborative events etc.
§ Review & improve policies & efforts to augment Firm Culture towards becoming a "best place to work"HR Business Partner / Lifecycle Management
HR Business Partner role for certain allocated teams from entry to exit comprising of:
§ Onboarding & Orientation
§ Ensuring implementation of all existing HR policies procedures and processes & the team’s adherence to the same; making recommendations for changes in the above in line with best industry practices & best places to work
§ Coordinating with Accounts Team for Technology Enabled Payroll Management
§ Managing and executing the Annual Review Process
§ Handling queries, Grievance Management & Redressal
§ Handling the complete Exit Process
